Shipping & Delivery Policy
Learn how we package, protect, and ship handcrafted gift hampers safely across India.
1. Delivery Timelines
We and our trusted courier Delivery Partners aim to deliver most orders across India within 3–7 Business Days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays) of order confirmation.
Because our hampers are assembled, personalized, and handcrafted with care, preparation time may vary depending on the level of custom engraving, personalized messages, or photo printing requested.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.
2. Shipping Charges & Address Verification
To provide fair and cost-effective pricing, shipping charges are calculated transparently based on delivery location distance and parcel dimensions/weight. Delivery charges are shared clearly with you on WhatsApp prior to payment.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, landmark, valid 6-digit Indian pincode, and reachable contact telephone number. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.
3. Live Order Tracking
Once your hamper has been carefully dispatched, tracking details and courier airway bill numbers (AWB) are shared with you directly via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
You can also track your order status anytime on our website at thegarageofhampers.com/track-order.
4. Package Inspection upon Arrival
Every hamper is packaged with premium bubble wrap, structural padding, and durable outer cartons. Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If a package appears tampered or damaged in transit, please take photographs/videos before and during unboxing, retain the packaging, and notify our team at +91 76782 05624 within 48 hours of delivery.
